Large Format Printing

Large format printing is becoming a widely used process for all sizes of businesses to use for their advertising and marketing materials. One of the most substantial benefits of printing large format is the ability to print large pieces to allow graphics to come to life and get your company message to stand out from your competitors.

SILKSCREEN PRINTING.jpg
Silkscreen Printing

Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed. One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicolored image or design.

VINYL STICKER CUTTING.jpg
Vinyl Sticker Cutting

Die-cut stickers are cut straight through the vinyl and paper backing to fit the exact shape of your design. This makes for a great looking sticker even before it's applied.

Kiss cut stickers are only cut through the vinyl - the paper backing stays intact. You can print on the vinyl around a kiss cut sticker to add extra style to your design.

LASER CUT & ENGRAVE.jpg
Laser Cutting & Engraving

Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser to slice materials. While typically used for industrial manufacturing applications, it is also starting to be used by schools, small businesses, and hobbyists. Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high-power laser most commonly through optics. The focused laser beam is directed at the material, which then either melts, burns, vaporizes away, leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish.

Laser engraving, which is a subset of laser marking, is the practice of using lasers to engrave an object. Laser marking, on the other hand, is a broader category of methods to leave marks on an object, which also includes color change due to chemical/molecular alteration, charring, foaming, melting, ablation, and more.
